Hosting & Installation Options

• Use the software across the Internet on a SSL Secure Connection and pay a monthly subscription.
• On-site installation, locally on your server, and pay a yearly maintenance fee plus the initial installation costs.

SSL Secure Connection Option

This option works across the Internet using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to our server. There are many advantageous to this option both from a cost point of view and the ability to connect to your system anywhere in the world. Your accountant can also take advantage because you can offer them an option to connect from their offices saving you the expense & saving everyone time. The system is automatically backed up and emailed/replicated to your server giving you peace of mind.

Each hosting package comes with a 5 user license with the option to purchase additional licenses if needed.

On-Site Installation Option

This option gets you a True Track Software Engineer on-site to install Pyramid onto your local network. This option is suited to small to medium-sized businesses that require staff training, bespoke configuration & reports and any other special installation requirements. Pyramid runs on a Windows or Linux environment and requires installation onto a web server. We can provide the necessary hardware/servers if required however if you already have the necessary infrastructure we are happy to install onto your servers.

The software comes with a 5 user licence. Addition licenses are purchased in increments of 1. The software is purchased outright which means you own the software with no extra monthly fees. It comes with 12 Months Software Support, Maintenance & Free Updates which is renewable with an additional 12 month contract charged at 35% of the total cost of the modules purchased.
